Description
So this was spawned from a picture that I saw on facebook of a tumblr conversation/picture. It started off with something about how you should live your life as if in an anime opening. Then the question was asked if the opening was Ouran High School Host Club or Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan) seeing as there is a HUGE difference. It continued on till the conclusion was made that it had to be some sort of mix between the two and someone finally said KISS KISS FALL IN BLOOD. As soon as I regained control of my lungs from laughing so hard, all my plot bunnies decided that this idea deserved fanart. Sooo...Here it is~! An Ouran High School Host Club and Shingeki no Kyojin crossover fanart piece~!
...I also had the fortune of thinking up a story/plot of a crossover like this....
It goes something like the host club exists in a world is mainly men that have to please women the size of titans through small romantic and very cheesy things so that the women don't eat them and Haruhi is like one of the very few normal sized females alive. The male titans would be the rare ones, just like female humans are rare. They would be very territorial and the only thing that can stop them is to lead them into the swooning females for they will then be too preoccupied with them to worry about the humans.
Now, all human females are normally highly protected and aren't normally allowed to be outside of protected areas. So when Haruhi, dressed in dirty, baggy clothing, breaks a priceless vase that the hosts were going to give one of the more powerful titans that might appear, none think her a girl. That changes when she saves Tamaki later, having being pulled into the group to repay her debt, and her shirt is ripped open. So now, seeing as Haruhi is better than most the rest of the male fighters other than those in the host club's team (the name was indeed thought up by Tamaki), the group strives to keep it a secret.

I apologize that Mori and Kaoru don't really look like they should. Mori is as close as I could get him while Kaoru refused to cooperate sooo...he was moved and changed and...he just turned out that way...
Okay, now that that's all done, I need to post all the bases that I used as references/used. First off though, I want to make it clear that I do not trace bases. All I do is redraw them myself so that I can get the body proportions correct. I normally don’t use them unless I can’t get a position down or I don’t feel confident in attempting. Either way, I do use them so I will gladly credit them in my artwork. In this particular one, the female titan’s head and Kyoya are the only two that no base was used for.

Haruhi's base is...I can't find where it is here on deviantart. I had saved the base a while ago and found it just sitting in my files waiting to be used. Before anyone says anything, I only do this because I like to occasionally print them out so I can take them with me when I go on campus or so that I have them when my horrible internet at home goes out for long periods of time should I feel the need to draw something that I can't. I always save the actual webpage of each base I want to use in a folder in my favorites so I wasn't too worried about it and went ahead with drawing it (this is me being stupid and not getting on to check the rules they had as well as checking to make sure they still existed). But when I went to pull it up to get ready to link and credit all the base makers, it said that it didn't exist. Looking around, all I could find were links to a deactivated account. I'm pretty sure that the base creator's username was RaspberryBase and if anyone knows what happened to them or if they have another account that they are using now, I'd very much appreciate you linking them to me so that I can give them proper credit.
I apologize for rambling so long with the explanation of Haruhi's missing base maker's name and link but I just don't want there to be any confusion and I definitely don't want people to start saying that I stole the base or didn't give credit. That's not what I'm trying to do here. I just don't know what to put to credit someone when I can't find them...

For Kaoru's base, I'd also like to point out that I did change the original pose because every time I tried to draw the kicking leg, it just didn't look right.
